Clear Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry, Florida Citrus Sports has implemented an NFL-style clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the Camping World Stadium.

We strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but have outlined which types of bags are permissible.

Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ (pictured below)
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″ (pictured right) can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the clear plastic bags.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

  • Luggage of any kind

  • Any bag larger than the permissible size.
Camping World Stadium will now also require magnetic wanding for entry to all games. The magnetic wand is a non-invasive device that scans the body for prohibited items. If you decline screening for medical reasons or if a metal detector alert cannot be solved through inquiry or physical inspection, a physical pat-down might be necessary.

GAME TICKETS

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Reservations may be made by calling one of our reservation lines listed below or by booking online. All reservations will be acknowledged with a confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis. 
A reserved-seat Citrus Bowl game ticket in the official University of Iowa section is included in all tour packages. Should you obtain your own tickets, a deduction of $127 per person may be made from the cost of the package. Ticket deductions must be taken at the time of registration.
Due to the dollar amount of our packages, we strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance coverage.

Trip cancellation, baggage loss, health and accident insurance is available upon request to protect participants against unforeseen circumstances that may cause interruption or cancellation of trip as well as loss of property. Medical insurance policies may not protect your travels away from home and often have out-of-network deductibles. Likewise, coverage through credit cards and travel suppliers can have shortfalls and not fully protect you. 

PAYMENTS

ROLL-AWAYS

Full payment is due at the time of booking.  Payment must be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or personal check.

If paying by check, please indicate what travel package you are interested, make the check payable to Destinations Unlimited and mail to either: 755 S Gilbert St, Iowa City, IA 52240 or 419 First Street SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401.
Roll-aways may only be added to king-bedded rooms and will incur extra charges. Requests for roll-aways are subject to availability and differing fire and safety laws.

RESPONSIBILITY

DISABILITY & SPECIAL NEEDS

Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited / Collegiate Athletic Travel make every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation and entertainment which fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify us in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or needs you may require. Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited / Collegiate Athletic Travel nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be completely responsible for providing all required assistance. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of this trip who, in the opinion of Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited / Collegiate Athletic Travel is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on the trip.
This program is operated under the management of Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited, 419 First St. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 and Collegiate Athletic Travel (CAT), 310 S. Burrowes St., State College, PA 16801. TL/DU/CAT serves only as an agent for the tour participant in regard to travel, whether by airline, motor coach, railroad or ship and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss (including baggage and personal possessions), accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of any company engaged in conveying the participant or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. TL/DU/CAT shall not be responsible for losses or additional expenses incurred by tour participants that result from weather or mechanical related delays of aircraft or other transport modes, sickness, weather, strike, government disorder, war, acts of God, quarantine, criminal acts, or other causes. Nor does TL/DU/CAT assume any liability for personal injury, damage to or loss of personal possessions, or accidents and/or delays that result from negligence, default or “failure to perform” on the part of any subcontracted travel or service provider. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the tour participant as tour rates provide only for arrangements as detailed on the website. TL/DU/CAT reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at anytime. TL/DU/CAT also reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations and transportation and to make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary. In the event of insufficient participation, TL/DU/CAT reserves the right to cancel any or all parts of the tour and make appropriate refunds to the participants in accordance with applicable US Department of Transportation rules.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

Once a reservation has been made, it is non-refundable. Any name changes or changes to package arrangements made after registration will result in a fee of $50 per change. No name changes will be accepted after December 15, 2018. No refunds will be issued for unused transportation or for other package inclusions not used by the participant.

SPECIAL CHILDREN'S PRICING

Children’s rates are limited to those 12 years of age or under sharing a room with at least one adult and using existing bedding configuration (i.e., if 2 adults and a child/children occupy a room, the adults will be charged the double price and the children the child’s price. If the room is occupied by 1 adult and a child/children, the adult will be charged the single price and the children the child’s price.)
