Weather & Clothing
In late December, the daily highs in Tampa run in the low 70s while evening temperatures are typically in the mid 50s.
There is no specific dress code for any of the program inclusions. Just pack your Hawkeye gear!
Meals
Meals, unless otherwise specified, are not included in your package price. When planning meals, please allow enough time to be on time for scheduled group departures.
Luggage - Air Passengers
To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please follow the instructions below:

Make sure you have identification on each of your bags including your name, address and cell phone number

Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item, one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat and (1) checked bag.

Items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, business documents, car/house keys, irreplaceable photographs or similar items should not be placed in checked baggage but should be kept in the passenger’s personal possession at all times.

All vital medications including insulin, pills, and other medicines should be in your carry-on or personal item.

Official Tour Credential
To help our tour hosts identify you as part of our tour group, we ask that you wear your official event credential for all transfers. Your event credentials will be distributed at the hotel.
Event Information Desk
An Iowa/Destinations Unlimited Event Information Desk will be staffed at your hotel during dedicated hours (see below) to provide information and assistance as needed.

Game Tickets
Game tickets will be transferred via email to arrive no later than December 27th. They will be sent to the email address provided for the main reservation contact.
If you need assistance with adding tickets to your phone, please stop by the Event Information desk on the morning of the 30th.
